    METAL FRAME EXPERTS

Using a lightweight metal system, a ceiling frame is created, laser levels ensure the frame becomes completely flat, removing any of the normal undulations found in other construction materials, wood, concrete, etc.

Metal frame ceiling are fixed to the surface above, this can be concrete, masonry, timber, or steel.

Hangers and cross braces create a stable grid to which plasterboard can be fixed.

A metal frame ceiling also provides a void the transfer of cables, pipes, and other services. This void can then be filled with loft insulation keeping the heat in the room.

Metal frame ceilings can also be used, with great success, as part of an acoustic barrier between floors. These acoustic barriers can be tailored to suit the requirements of the building. Dedicated isolating hangers and isolating fixing bars enhance the reduction of noise transfer between rooms.
